Product Introduction
This product integrates modern digital frequency conversion technology and adopts microcomputer control, achieving fully automated voltage boosting, reduction, measurement, and protection. It also allows manual intervention during the automatic boosting process. Thanks to its fully electronic design, it is compact, lightweight, and features a large LCD screen for clear and intuitive display, along with a printer for test report output. Its design specifications fully comply with the power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for Special Testing Instruments of Power Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Very Low Frequency High Voltage Generators". It is extremely user-friendly. Currently, both domestically and internationally, mechanical methods are used to modulate and demodulate to generate very low frequency signals, resulting in non-standard sine waveforms, significant measurement errors, spark discharge in the high-voltage section, bulky equipment, and the need for high-power high-voltage resistors for discharge shaping in the second and fourth quadrants of the sine wave, leading to high overall power consumption. This product overcomes all these shortcomings.
Product Features
☆、Current and voltage data are directly sampled from the high-voltage side, ensuring true and accurate data.
☆、Overvoltage protection: When the output exceeds the set voltage limit, the instrument will shut down for protection, with a response time of less than 20ms.
☆、Overcurrent protection: Designed with dual high and low voltage protection. The high-voltage side can precisely shut down based on set values; the low-voltage side will shut down when the current exceeds the rated value, with a response time of less than 20ms.
☆、The high-voltage output protection resistor is integrated into the booster, eliminating the need for an external protection resistor.
☆、Due to the adoption of a closed-loop negative feedback control circuit for high and low voltage, there is no capacitance rise effect in the output.
